Last week was a productive one for me. Coming back from holidays on Monday I wanted to write some posts and get back to my rhythm of writing. The one week challenge to get back in the blogging groove from the ProBlogger podcast started at the perfect time. In this challenge participants should do a specific type of blog post for the next seven days and share it in the Facebook group of the challenge. So for the first time I’ve written a post seven days in a row!
If you’re a blogger I really can recommend you ProBlogger, the ProBlogger podcast or this challenge in specific:
During this challenge I also found another running blog with some great posts. If you’re looking for some inspirational stories about running, you should have a look at forgedbygeorges a blog by an ultra runner from Great Britain. His stories will teach you about running 100 miles and not giving up:
In one of the comments from a reader in a post from last week I also learned about a fitness tracker I haven’t heard of before. I’ll probably buy, test and review the new Moov Now soon and share my thoughts about it here. For now I can just give you the link to the website:
I guess you noticed that the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro started last Friday. As a sports freak I will also spend a fair amount of time in front of the TV and not only working, running and writing over the next three weeks. Some weeks ago I previewed the Olympic Marathon races that will take place on August 21st (men) and August 14th (women). You’ll find that post here. I’ll write about the Olympic Marathon a couple of days after the race, so come back and check it out.
Happy running
